If you are tired, the optimal training for you might be to take it easy, but if you feel good, it can be better to push your training. If you miss a workout, Miles can add some training load for you the next day, or if you push too hard it might make your next session a bit easier.

 

A pair of running shoes! Also, to get the most out of RaceID Miles you should have a sports watch or similar. We support most watch brands including Garmin, Suunto, Ftbit and Polar. You can also use teh Strava app with any watch brand (like the Apple Watch). You easily connect your device when you set up your training plan.
