Discover New Pace Admin – Simplify Your Work as an Organizer

RaceID will soon become Pace Sports, and as part of this transition, we are upgrading your dashboard to a new and improved platform. It is built to help you grow your event and engage your participants even more effectively. All organizers will gradually be moved to the new interface. The goal is clear: to make it easier to set up and manage your event from start to finish.

One of the biggest improvements becomes noticeable as soon as you log in. You meet a more intuitive menu where everything is organized according to how you actually work. It should be easy to find what you need, even when things get busy ahead of race day.

What’s included in the new admin

With the new admin, we are also introducing a number of long-anticipated features. Here are the top three:

  1. Move participants between distances: It is now very easy to switch a participant from one distance to another — no more copying email addresses or opening multiple tabs. You can now change distances directly in the start list.
  2. Set BIB number series: You can now configure your own bib/ start number series directly in Pace Admin based on criteria such as categories, waves, and distances. Perfect when preparing the start list ahead of race day.
  3. Communication in the Pace app with announcements and News (currently for running events only): You can now send information to your participants directly in the Pace app. Write an “App Announcement” with important updates before race day, and participants will see it as soon as they log in.

New marketing section with improved communication tools

We are introducing a new communication area where all marketing tools are gathered, such as coupon codes, campaign links, and Smart Registration Links. A new addition here is Public Messages (mentioned above) — a tool that lets you reach your participants directly in the app. Reminders, practical information, and updates can be shared both faster and more professionally.

For organizers looking to increase engagement, there is also the option to activate automatically generated News. These short, data-driven insights highlight milestones or registration trends and create a more dynamic experience for your participants.

Consolidated financial management in Finance & Billings

Financial data and reporting are now collected in the new Economy & Payouts section, giving you a clearer overview of transactions and payment flows.

Working with participant data is also easier. Under “All Registrations,” you will find a complete history of all participants you’ve had on the platform. This becomes a natural database for follow-up, analysis, and future communication.

Improved control and smarter race management

We have also clarified the overview of your accounts, including accounts for your timing assistants. In addition, a more accessible FAQ is now available with direct links to guides and support. This content is continuously updated to match the new interface.

New event pages

The event pages have been redesigned with clearer visuals and an improved overview, such as updates and the countdown until registration closes.

In the settings, you will also find several requested new features. You can set age limits per distance or category, create your own number series based on distance, category, or start wave, and move participants between your distances.

A tool built to save time

The new Pace Admin is designed to free up your time, reduce manual work, and give you better control over the entire organizer process. We look forward to gradually welcoming all organizers into the new environment and continuing to develop the tool together with you.

Access the new Pace Admin here (same login as your RaceID organizer credentials).
